Terms of service

Last updated 3 October 2026.

These terms apply when you use Vivonoma. By creating an account you agree to them. Please read them with our privacy policy, which says how we handle personal data.

1. Who we are

Vivonoma is a product of NXTLEVEL Tech, company number 1042.606.082, Belgium. Our full company details are on nxtlevel-tech.com. You can reach us at info@nxtlevel-tech.com.

2. What Vivonoma does

Vivonoma runs AI agents that plan and do work for your company: research, documents, drafts of posts and emails, short video ads, and changes to a website we host for you. You decide how much happens by itself: in Review mode you start each task; in Auto mode tasks start on their own, within the limits of your plan.

3. Your account

  • Give correct details, confirm your email address and keep your password to yourself.
  • You are responsible for what happens in your account, including the work of team members you invite.
  • You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live, and use Vivonoma for your business or your own projects.

4. Plans, credits and payment

  • Work is paid for in credits. What an action costs is shown before it starts. A paid plan includes credits each month, and you can buy more.
  • A plan is paid in advance, monthly or for a year at once, and renews by itself until you cancel it. A plan paid yearly still brings its credits month by month. You can move from monthly to yearly payment at any time; the year is charged then, less what is left of your month. A yearly plan can move to monthly payment once its year has ended.
  • Payments are handled by Stripe. Prices are in US dollars; taxes are added where they apply.
  • A task that delivers nothing, or whose result Vivonoma's own review does not accept, gives its credits back.
  • Credits have no cash value. We do not refund money for credits you have used, or for a plan period that has started, except where the law says otherwise.
  • You can cancel a plan at any time; it stays active until the end of the period you paid for.

5. What the agents produce

  • AI makes mistakes. Vivonoma checks its own work before it counts, but it can still be wrong, out of date or incomplete. Check anything important before you rely on it.
  • Posts and emails go out only when you send them. Changes to your hosted website are published once they pass their checks, and earlier versions can be restored.
  • You are responsible for what is published under your name, on your website, your domain and your accounts.
  • Video ads are made by HeyGen with an AI presenter, from a script Vivonoma writes and checks; how many a month depends on your plan. They are posted only when you press to post them. Use them as ads for your own company: say they are AI-made wherever a platform asks, and never present the presenter as a real customer or a real person who uses your product.
  • A post or a video you send from Vivonoma to Facebook, Instagram, Google Business, YouTube or TikTok goes out on your own account, as you, when you press the button, and that platform’s rules apply to it. A video uploaded to YouTube says it is AI-made; TikTok receives a draft that you post from its app.
  • An ad you run on Meta from Vivonoma is made in your own Meta ad account and paused; it runs only after you start it, up to the daily budget you chose, until its last day, and Meta charges your ad account for it. Meta’s advertising policies apply, and Meta decides whether it shows the ad.

6. Your content

What you put into Vivonoma, and what it produces for you, is yours. You allow us to store and process it only as needed to run the service for you. You confirm that you have the right to use what you upload, such as texts, images and data.

7. Fair use

Do not use Vivonoma to:

  • break the law, or deceive, harass or harm anyone;
  • send spam, or publish content that infringes someone else's rights;
  • pretend to be another person or company;
  • reach another customer's data, overload the service or get around its limits.

We may pause or close an account that does, and stop any work in progress.

8. Services you connect

When you connect an outside service, such as a payment provider, a social network or a mailbox, its own terms apply as well, and Vivonoma acts only within the permissions you give it there. You can disconnect it at any time.

9. Availability and changes

We work to keep Vivonoma running and your website online, but we cannot promise that it is never interrupted. We improve the service all the time, which can mean that features change.

10. Ending

You can delete a company, or your account and all its data, at any time under Settings. When a company is deleted, its website stops being served. We may end your account if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms; where we can, we tell you first and give you the chance to take your content with you.

11. Liability

Vivonoma is provided as it is, as far as the law allows. We are not liable for indirect loss, such as lost profit or lost data, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit, or your rights as a consumer.

12. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Belgian law, and disputes go to the courts of Belgium. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the law of the country you live in. Please contact us first: most things are solved faster that way.

13. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we tell you by email or in Vivonoma before the change applies. If you keep using Vivonoma after that, the new terms apply; if you do not agree, you can close your account.
